Product Overview

Alishan Red Oolong Tea comes from the Dinghu tea region in Taiwan’s Alishan Mountains, at an altitude of over 1,500 meters. The area’s cool climate, misty mornings, and shorter daylight hours create ideal growing conditions, producing premium high-mountain oolong tea. The tea brews into a clear, ruby-red liquor with a smooth, mellow taste and a delightful mix of floral and fruity notes.

Brewing Instructions

1. Open: Tear open the outer foil package and remove the triangular tea bag.

2. Place: Put the tea bag into a 200 ml ceramic or heatproof cup.

3. Brew: Add hot water at 95–100°C (203–212°F).

4. Steep: Let it steep for 2–3 minutes, depending on your preferred strength, then enjoy.
