Important Notice: Canada Post Service Disruption

Due to the Canada Post strike, all remote and P.O. box orders will be fulfilled but will not ship until the strike ends.

For all other orders, we are currently using Purolator with live rates for all Shopify orders to ensure reliable delivery across Canada.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

 

Will my order be delayed?

Most orders will ship as usual through Purolator. However, remote areas and P.O. box deliveries may experience delays until Canada Post resumes service, as alternate couriers may not deliver to those locations.

 

How will I know if my order is affected?

All orders now ship with Purolator. If you have a P.O. box or remote address, your delivery may be delayed until Canada Post services resume.

 

How do I track my order?

- Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

- If you created an account, log in and check Order History for tracking updates.

 

Shipping Fees (Live Rates)

- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout using Purolator live rates based on package size, weight, and destination.

- Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75 (before tax).

- Express shipping options will also be displayed if available for your location.

Orders over $75 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.

 

Temporary Returns Policy – TWztore

Non-Food Items Only:

- We accept returns on eligible non-food items within 30 days if they are unused, in original packaging, and not damaged.

- All food, snacks, and drinks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of product defects reported within 7 days (with photos).

Return Shipping During Canada Post Strike:

- Because Canada Post is unavailable, we cannot offer prepaid return labels at this time.

- Customers who need to return an eligible non-food item may ship it back using their own courier (Purolator, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund as per our policy.

Where We Ship

We ship to all Canadian addresses except remote areas impacted by the Canada Post strike.
U.S. and international shipping are currently unavailable.
