    Once you agree with the quote, you can pay securely via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

  • Step 4 - We buy, receive, and prepare your order

    We place the order, inspect each item, and consolidate everything into one shipment.

  • Step 5 - We ship it to you with tracking

    Your package is shipped out in our weekly Taiwan-to-Canada batch, with full tracking provided.

FAQs

What fees are included in the buying service?

Service Fee (per order): Covers product ordering, payment processing, and basic support.

Consolidation Fee (per item): Includes handling, inspection, photo record, packing, and prep for shipment.

Shipping Fee: Charged based on actual or volumetric weight — whichever is higher. You'll receive a quote before shipping.

Optional Fees (only if requested or needed): Extra packaging, insurance, special handling, or express processing (case by case).

How much is the buying service fee?

We charge a flat $12.90 CAD per order, which covers placing the order, processing payment, and providing basic customer support.

What is the consolidation fee?

We charge $2.00 CAD per item for consolidation. This covers item handling, inspection, photo record, packing, and storage preparation.

Can I get a discount on the fee?

Yes! If your Taiwan order total is over $150 CAD, the buying service fee is reduced to just $4.90 CAD.

This way, we can keep the service sustainable while helping you get more out of your Taiwan haul!

How is international shipping calculated?

Shipping is billed based on whichever is greater — the actual weight or volumetric weight of your parcel. You'll receive a quote before the package is shipped out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal. We do not accept LINE Pay or local Taiwan bank transfers.

What kinds of products can I buy through TWztore?

We can help you purchase most legally importable Taiwanese products — including packaged snacks, instant noodles, dried goods, tea, non-alcoholic bottled drinks, cosmetics, lifestyle items, figurines, and accessories.

Please contact us with your request so we can confirm whether the items can be imported into Canada.

Are there items that are restricted or need special approval?

Yes. Some items may be restricted or allowed only on a case-by-case basis. These include meat- or egg-based foods (like pork floss or egg yolk pastries), dairy products, herbal teas, supplements, and honey. Please contact us before requesting these items.

What items are completely prohibited?

We do not allow buying or shipping of the following: fresh or perishable foods, meat jerky, unauthorized or counterfeit goods, CBD or cannabis-related products, fireworks, knives, weapons, or any items restricted under Canadian import laws.

What happens if I request a restricted or banned item?

If your requested item violates Canadian customs or import rules, TWztore reserves the right to reject or cancel that part of your order.

How long does it take to receive my items?

Once we receive and consolidate your items in Taiwan, we ship weekly to Canada. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance. We'll send you a tracking number once your package is on the way.
